Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to every purchase on geteasysoft.com from Alin Ghiorghiu, GetEasySoft (sole proprietorship / Einzelunternehmen), Schürbungertweg 10, 8302 Kloten, Switzerland, UID CHE-250.946.601 MWST (“GetEasySoft”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms, our Licence Terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. What we sell

  • Ready-made plugins and themes — digital downloads with a licence key.
  • Custom WordPress themes — designed from the answers you give in our online configurator and delivered as a download with a licence key.
  • Optional services — installation of the theme on your website, extended support.

We sell no physical goods. Hosting, domain names and third-party plugins are not included unless they are listed in your order.

2. Customers

We sell to businesses and to consumers. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal representative. The information you give us (name, email, billing address, VAT number) must be correct.

3. Prices, VAT and payment

  • Prices are in euro (EUR) and are the final price you pay. For customers with a billing address in Switzerland the price includes Swiss VAT (8.1%), which is shown on the invoice. Customers in other countries pay the same price; no Swiss VAT is charged because the place of supply is abroad.
  • The price of a custom theme is calculated in the configurator from your choices and confirmed at checkout. Items marked “on request” are quoted by us before you pay.
  • We accept card payments (processed by Stripe) and bank transfer. Bank transfers must arrive within 7 days; otherwise the order is cancelled.
  • You receive a PDF invoice by email and in your account.

4. Delivery

  • Ready-made products: immediately after payment, in your account (Downloads and Licences) and by email.
  • Custom themes: within the time shown in the configurator (usually 24–72 hours, larger projects 3–5 working days), counted from the moment the payment is received. We deliver the theme, your licence key, installation and editing guides by email and in your account.
  • Installation service: after delivery, once you have given us access to your WordPress site as described in your account. The delivery time does not run while we wait for your access or content.

5. Your part in custom projects

The result depends on the information and files you send (texts, logo, photos). You confirm you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe the rights of others. The AI preview in the configurator is a first sketch to show the direction; it is not a binding design. Photos from Pexels are used under the Pexels licence.

6. Revisions

Custom themes include two rounds of revisions within 14 days after delivery, to adjust the delivered design, texts, colours and images. New features, new pages or a different design direction are quoted separately.

7. Support and updates

Support and updates are described in the Licence Terms: plugins and themes include one year of updates; custom themes include six months of support (extendable). Support covers questions about the product, bug fixes and help with included features — not customisation or third-party plugins.

8. Warranty and liability

  • We guarantee that our products work as described with the WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions stated on the product page. If they do not, we fix the problem or refund you according to our Refund Policy.
  • Keep backups of your website. We are not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages, nor for problems caused by hosting, third-party plugins, or changes to our code made by you or by third parties (including AI tools).
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unlimited as required by law.

9. Intellectual property

The licence you buy is described in the Licence Terms. Our name, logo, website, designs and documentation remain our property.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version valid at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The courts of Zurich, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence and may also sue at their place of residence.
